How often do you meet a girl who spent hours designing her wedding monograms, stationery, and decor... yet picked out her dress on the very first try? Well, that was me! I had been dreaming for years of an Alpine-inspired wedding that incorporated meaningful details and family heirlooms – all paying homage to our German roots. I took cues from a favorite movie, The Sound of Music, and even walked down the aisle to the romantic melody Edelweiß. It was an absolute dream of a day and I still feel so very blessed with how it all turned out. And the best part: I got to marry my best friend.
