Traken
Attention anglers: the future of fishing is here. Traken is a revolutionary sonar device that can be cast into the water from a fishing rod. Since conventional technology must be mounted to a boat, Traken has leveled the playing field for shore fishermen, kayakers, and boaters alike. Convenience and flexibility mean those fish can swim – but they can't hide anymore.
Role
This project was exciting because the target audience – male fishing enthusiasts – was outside the norm for my work. I enjoyed researching the customers' preferences and translating them to a brand that blends technology with approachability. The concept, logo, brand identity, packaging, illustrations, and copywriting are my own.
